WHO WE ARE
Free Agent Skincare is a collective of beauty industry non-conformists (“Free Agents” if you will) that are challenging industry standards to establish a better way of making products that are truly effective at improving the look of skin.
We manufacture in small batches to bring you fresh, science-based skincare that is hyper-clean and free from synthetic preservatives. We do not jeopardize our beliefs for cost, convenience or short-term gains.
We vow to create luxurious, ground-breaking skincare that is delivered to you at the highest level of potency for visible results.
FRESH – SMALL BATCH MANUFACTURING
Did you know that most skincare products are made 6-12 months before you buy them?
At Free Agent Skincare, we manufacture in small, fresh batches – ensuring that you get our products at the peak of their potency for maximum results.
Just like with food, the closer our products are used to the time they are made, the more potent the active ingredients – which is KEY to maximizing your skincare results.
*If you don’t use all of the product in the suggested time frame, it is still safe to use within one year of opening. If you follow the suggested usage instructions for our products, you should use the product completely during the freshness window.
PERFORMANCE PROMISE
Inspired by our own skincare needs, all Free Agent Skincare products are formulated with only the most necessary ingredients in order to maximize the level of active ingredients, to ensure our products are truly effective at improving the look of skin.
Forget the marketing nonsense and fluffy ingredient stories. We believe there is no need to include “marketing ingredients” that don’t do anything to improve the overall health of your skin.
All Free Agent products are tested on a trusted panel of real women, estheticians, and doctors.
If a product doesn’t give visible results, we will not make it. Period.
CLEAN SCIENCE
Created by beauty industry veterans, formulated by scientists. We have partnered with top skincare scientists to develop high performance, science-backed formulas that center around specific active ingredients proven to visibly improve the appearance of skin.
Each ingredient is of the utmost quality and undergoes careful consideration as to whether it falls within our “clean science” parameters and our ever-growing list of restricted ingredients.
We take the guess work out of decoding product ingredients. On every product page you will find a complete ingredient list with an explanation of what the ingredient is, and why it is in the formula.
You will NEVER find the following ingredients in our products:
Formaldehyde, Parabens, Phenoxyethanol, Phthalates, Ethanolamine Compounds, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Siloxanes, Silicone, Dimethicone, 1,4 Dioxane, Coal Tar Compounds, Aluminum Salts, Toluene, FD&C Synthetic Colors, Synthetic Fragrance, Polyethylene, PEG, Triclosan, Urea, BHA, BHT, Cetearyl Alcohol, Alcohol Denat., DEA, TEA, MEA, ETA.
THE TEAM
We leave our egos at the door and bring you over 60 years of beauty industry experience, working behind the scenes developing products for some of the world’s most notable brands, including: Kate Somerville Skincare, Kelley Baker Brows, MAC, Salon Perfect, Smashbox, Tarte, and TOVA Beverly Hills, to name a few.
After years of working in the beauty industry and seeing how it operates solely to turn a profit, each team member felt driven to challenge that standard, and build a company that would focus on the performance of each product and how they can improve the way people feel.
